Using a sandbag with a mallet is the ideal way to beat and shape metal panels without nicks or gouges, and with minimal stretching. The sand bag provides the sheet metal work piece with support and flexibility by deforming with the work piece under mallet blows allowing your work piece to be formed into shape. Supplied empty simply add dry sand to the panel beater bag. Suede finished cowhide & all-leather construction with double-stitched, glued seams. Supplied empty, the hook-and-loop closure makes it easy to fill through a funnel with dry sand or steel shot. 18"x18".
